Garden Soup


Garden Soup
Ingredients -

Broth
12 fresh tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 garlic clove
2 small potatoes
3 large carrots
2 medium zuchini
handful of green beans
1 hot pepper
1 can of corn
1 cup red lentils
1 tbsp worcester sauce
fresh basil
1 bay leaf
black pepper


Preparation:

1. Stew tomatoes, garlic and onion.

2. Add broth and add potatoes, lentils, and carrots.

3. Bring to a boil.

4. Add in worcester sauce, basil, bay leaf and the remaining vegetables. Let boil for a few minutes.

3. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 minutes.

4. Remove bay leaf. Season with fresh ground black pepper.

Enjoy with warm rice or fresh bread
